Hello! I'm Jo. I am a mid-weight graphic and web designer from Singapore living in Melbourne.
All things design and digital interests me. Painting and Blogspot were the platforms that sparked my interest into exploring the foundation of graphic and web design in my education years and led me to the creative and digital industry. It allowed me to handle a vast range of projects over a span of 4 years during my working experience in Singapore.
& then, I wanted a change. So in 2013, I packed my bags and came to Melbourne where I majored in Communication Design in RMIT University and obtained a Degree. The culture in Melbourne was so different that it allowed me to learn so much more.
My proficiencies and skills are self learned and built up through academic progresses and working experiences. This has since improved and strengthened my skills in many ways.
With an eye for design and details, I make sure my designs are produced of the best quality in perfection and I maintain a balance between functionality and visual impact in my work. Individually, I work well independently and efficiently. As a team, I'm fun to work with and a great team player.
What I can do:
Branding & Identity, Web Design, Editorial, Digital Media & Imaging, Social Media, Inforgraphics, UI Design.
Apart from that, I also enjoy traveling, crafting, cooking, building Legos and body art. Just thought you might wanna know that I'm also a total sucker for sneakers and am too asian to function sometimes.
"If you obey all of the rules, you miss all the fun."
- Katharine Hepburn
I believe in teamwork and constantly upgrading myself as an always-learning designer. To achieve the goal of making the creative and digital world a better place, sometimes you just have to break some (legal)rules too.

To push the boundaries of a coffee table, we have incorporated the idea of a board game on the table for an interactive and
functional purpose. Snakes and Ladders was chosen as it is one of the most traditional board games before technology were
advanced to iPad and iPhone. To recreate the era of the board games, the art direction of this table was to achieve a raw
feeling. Hence, the materials used for the ladders, boards, dice and buttons were made with wood. Gloss vanish was painted
